Will my team be trained on all social media platforms?
Any form of training is most effective when it is specific to the needs of the recipient. Our team of experts will therefore deliver training that best suits the needs of your business and takes into account where your business audience is most likely to be found. If you would like an introduction to all the major social media platforms and their typical user base, we would also be more than happy to provide this as a session.
Which types of organisations can you provide training for?
We are happy to provide training to organisations of any type and of any size. While businesses in different industries will use social media platforms in different ways, there is usually a good business case for being active on at least one platform.
Will our entire team be able to attend the same session?
This largely depends on the requirements of different levels of your team. If the session is based around an introduction to social media marketing and general, then it will probably be suitable for all levels of your team. However, if different levels of your team have different social media responsibilities, we recommend that we hold separate sessions so that learners only need to concentrate on the knowledge and skill that they need.
Does the training only cover how to use social media?
Our training can be tailored to the exact requirements of your team, so as well as providing practical advice on how to use social media, we can also help you to develop overarching skills such as how to develop a social media strategy.
