Recently, we welcomed in some of the team from Studious, along with a camera crew, to record a video interview with our Digital Strategy Director, Darren Bond.
Studious is an exciting new digital education-based social enterprise, created by a group of academics. The video will be used as a resource on digital marketing and businesses in the technology sector.
Its purpose is to develop cutting-edge eLearning resources for undergraduate and postgraduate students studying business, management and organisational behaviour – with a focus on adding real world context.
To achieve this, Studious have been collaborating with a number of organisations to produce case studies and video interviews, including Aviva, HSBC, Adnams and Coast Digital.
These cover a range of topics that successful businesses can provide valuable insight on, including:
- Organisational culture
- Recruitment of talent
We are absolutely delighted to be involved with this scheme, as helping to educate the next generation of digital professionals is something we are extremely passionate about.
We regularly speak at events at local schools, colleges and universities, and get involved with nationwide events such as BIMA D-Day. Many members of our team mentor local students and we offer internships and work placements to young people interested in forging a career in the digital industry.
Darren Bond is a Visiting Fellow with the University of Suffolk, while our Production Director, Paul Coffey, sits on the Essex Skills Board, helping to shape the digital industry’s next generation of creative talent.
