Gtech is a leading manufacturer of innovative floor care and garden products.

In May 2012 they launched the AirRam vacuum cleaner, a brand new concept and revolutionary design of cleaner.

To accompany the launch, the Gtech team required training to extract the largest potential from social media platforms and sharing opportunities.

Comprehensive & relevant training

A bespoke social media training schedule was developed to cover best practices for each platform.

Strategic objectives were set during the sessions, identifying how best to engage with the target audience.

Training was given to key members of the Gtech team including personnel from the Marketing, Product Development, Technical Support and Customer Service teams.

Enabling teams to make the most of social media

By working with Gtech to understand the strategy and identify where and how the target audience use social media, it was possible to create a bespoke training programme.

This gave trainees the knowledge and guidance needed to ensure they were using social media in a relevant and timely way, helping them to implement a successful strategy and engage with customers.
