Crown Workspace

Giving direction and consistency to a rebrand, with our full service offering. From research, through web design and development, into digital marketing.

Operating as one of Crown Worldwide’s B2B divisions, Crown Workspace offer office renovations, design, interior fit-out, and commercial relocations.

To enhance their online presence, Crown Workspace underwent a complete rebrand of the company to more appropriately reflect their services – which offer far more than ‘office relocations’ alone.

To reflect this change, they required a new website on a tight timeline to help effectively position the brand in the market.

The new website had to convey their range of services accurately, demonstrate proof of concept through case studies, improve user experience and site navigation, and ultimately present the company as a go to positively.

With the change in the brand name from Crown Workplace Relocations to Crown Workspace, they selected Coast Digital as their full digital service agency, to provide them with a new website and ongoing digital marketing services.

The task at hand

Crown wanted their new website to achieve three key objectives:

Lead Generation – a website built to encourage multiple lead types through strong user journey mapping, forms and contact touch points throughout.

Brand Perception – the new website had to look and feel professional; clean, glossy and inspiring. The new website had to be more design-orientated – filled with inspiring images – to show that they offered a variety of services, such as interior design, fit-out and furniture recycling, as well as their popular removals and relocations services.

Authoritative Resource – ensuring the provision of quality, easy-to-consume content regarding new information in the market, to help educate potential customers and build trust between Crown Workspace and their audience.

Workshop

Our first step was to arrange a stakeholder workshop at Coast Digital, involving Crown’s key stakeholders, our strategy team and a project manager. The workshop involved the following:

  • We created a sitemap for the new website.
  • We created user personas, representing the different types of user journey through the site.
  • We created the key wireframes required for the new site (the remaining wireframes were created later, based on information gathered in the workshop).
  • By the time the workshop commenced, the client was already in the process of creating content. So, we created a design system which allowed them to use components (like building blocks) to structure the pages how they liked based on the content.

    This provided them with the innovation, autonomy and flexibility to build and customise their own pages as and when they chose.

The complete package

The site we built and launched is high end and sleek with a simple design, and multiple CTAs and contact points optimised for lead generation.

It also includes multiple in-depth case studies to showcase the quality of services available, and a variety of blog categories to help establish Crown Workspace as a knowledgeable industry leader.

For SEO and content optimisation purposes, and to adhere to modern SEO standards, we enabled all content to be edited as and when appropriate for every page.

As with all website builds, we kept modern SEO practice standards in mind, including all indexable text and meta data manipulation.

Furthermore, we converted the website from HTTP to HTTPS to ensure a secure connection to the site, and also made sure that the website is entirely GDPR compliant.
The site is a great success and has been shortlisted for industry awards.

Digital Marketing

Crown Workspace selected Coast Digital as their full service digital agency, so once we launched their new website, we took over the reins of their digital marketing, to make the most of their new website.

We implemented bespoke PPC and SEO strategies for Crown Workspace to acquire relevant traffic and deliver better conversions through greatly improved visibility on all major search engines.
