This company weren’t seeing the value of their marketing efforts

When we first started working with this company, the only website metrics they were taking into account were:

  • Time spent on site
  • Number of pages viewed

At that point in time, this company were unable to track or measure their digital performance any more acutely than the above.

Having travelled to Amsterdam for the pitch and presented our proposal, we were brought in to assist in the launch of a new website on an entirely different platform – from Sitecore to WordPress – and streamline their client contact process.

Utilising a significant number of our digital marketing service offerings, skillsets, and capabilities, this project in its entirety involved digital marketing strategy, UX research, web design, web development, analytics planning and implementation, and eventually SEO, PPC and paid social campaigns on a retained basis.

To kick things off, our digital marketing specialists conducted an in-depth analytics and user experience review to determine key information such as:

  • Website performance
  • User demographics
  • Audience behaviour
  • Top performing content

Once we had gathered this key information, we had a clear understanding of opportunities for improvement when it came to re-launching and improving this company’s digital presence.

To ensure a quality, efficient outcome, our UX, web design, and web development specialists worked hard to craft a simple and streamlined user experience with a high functioning, well-designed website that truly reflected the client’s brand, values, goals, while also catering to the needs of their users.

Finally, our online marketing teams provided dedicated, ongoing SEO, PPC, and paid social services to boost the site’s visibility and drive quality leads.

What’s more, we were on hand to continue offering development support once the new site had launched, providing assistance by monitoring and maintaining site performance and being on standby for any technical support that the client may have required.

The outstanding results

After extensive collaboration and hard work, these were the incredible results we saw:

  • 1,605 leads since new website launch (February ’21)
  • 85% of leads delivered via the website qualified in by sales teams
  • x2 Higher conversion rate from Paid Search traffic than site average (even above brand organic)
  • €20m pipeline generated in 10 months (from February ’21)
  • 6,567% ROI to estimated pipeline
  • 10% increase in YOY traffic in the month after launch
