Share2020 may have been a tougher year than most, but we’ve had one heck of an Autumn and it has made us very excited for what’s to come!
7 award nominations, 3 award wins
Back in August it was announced that we had been nominated for no less than seven of The Drum’s Recommended Agency Register Awards, a record number in just one year! If you aren’t familiar with these awards, then you should know that for any agency, they carry some serious weight.
These nominations come about as a direct result of recommendations from our clients, which make them mean even more to us. Evidently, our clients are so happy with the work we produce that they voluntarily want to shout about it, which is hugely flattering.
Although there couldn’t be a physical awards evening for the 2020 ceremony, we were all watching the live online event, on the edge of our seats might we add! As the night progressed, it was announced that we had been successful in winning 3 of our nominated categories:

Our customer satisfaction survey
To top off a successful Autumn, we then also received the results from our customer satisfaction survey. As with anything, there is always room for improvement. Having said that, the overall results from past and present clients alike were over and above what we expected.
In the independent review, Coast Digital outperformed the competition in 15 categories by an average of 26%, scoring 8.1/10 against an average of 6.5/10 for 19 competitors, including the likes of McCann, Ogilvy and AKQA.
The overall feedback that we received from clients who also work with other digital marketing agencies highlighted that our people, price and specialisms were the key differentiators which set us apart over and above our competitors.
