With the cold weather closing in, we had a search for indoor activity ideas to increase our heart rates and have some fun doing it!
Thanks to a referral, we came across ‘Loop at Work’ – an incredible venture from Table Tennis England and Sport England that provides all the equipment you need to get up and running.
All you need is a room big enough and a group of people who want to do more than just play beer pong at the Christmas Party.

From the first couple of days, it’s clear that we are not harbouring the next Olympic gold medalist for team GB, but we have had a load of fun and are looking forward to our first competition. We will of course try to balance exercise with some beers and pizza – small steps.
