Coast Digital had the pleasure of being invited to attend the CIM Marketing Excellence Awards this year by our long term client; Morgan Ceramics. The evening was held at the Grosvenor House Hotel in London on 6th March and featured awards ranging from industry based campaigns, all the way up to marketer of the year.
I went along with Project Manager, Georgina Nihill to represent Coast Digital. On our arrival we were met by the Morgan Ceramics team; Keith Parker, Marketing Director, Stephanie Henwood, Paula Constantinou & Scott Bentley, Marketing Managers and finally Jeremy Haines & Dicken Lawrence, Marketing Analysts. We also had the pleasure of meeting John Spoors from JSA Design, who provides graphical services to Morgan Ceramics.
Being present at such a prestigious event was fantastic; the atmosphere was incredibly exciting and awe inspiring. Hugh Dennis was presenting (you know, that one from Outnumbered), which helped make the evening all the more entertaining. First hand I’d like to say congratulations to all of the finalists and winners, they were well deserved.
After the awards had been received the evening was followed by a variety of entertainment right up until the early hours. In fact once the dance floor was in full swing and thriving we were given our very own award. Let’s just say we never realised the Morgan Ceramics Marketing team could ‘Gangnam Style’ quite so well. It will certainly be a night to remember!
