First impressions count

According to a news item published on the BBC website today, Canadian researchers have found that internet users make up their minds about the quality of a website in the blink of an eye. Researchers found that the brain makes decisions in just a twentieth of a second of viewing a webpage. This new research re-enforces what we have been telling clients for years - first impressions really do count!
