Coast Digital brings the Essex-Jiangsu festival to the people
The biggest international arts festival ever to take place in Essex is kicking-off this summer and Coast Digital is helping to publicise hundreds of events thanks to our work on the Essex-Jiangsu Festival website.
We've created a special events section for the site. The pages showcase hundreds of celebratory events taking place throughout Essex for 9 months from July 2008 till March 2009.
Our innovative solution enables users to search for events happening throughout the county, by date; or location; or event type, enabling people to quickly find out what’s happening where they live.
The focus of the festival is the unique relationship the county enjoys with Jiangsu Province in China, and will include everything from dancers; traditional puppetry to musicians and artists; all of which will be bringing a taste of China to Essex.
www.essex-china.org was built using Refresh™, our content management system web solution. The Essex-Jiangsu Festival website is another example of the strong working relationship between Coast Digital and Essex County Council.
We've designed and built a series of websites for the council including sites for the Praxis Network and Exdra, the Essex Development and Regeneration Agency.
