Coast Digital 15th in Sunday Times Tech Track 100

Tech Track logoCoast Digital has been ranked 15th in the prestigious Sunday Times Microsoft Tech Track 100. According to the league table the Essex-based business is the fastest growing private technology business in the East of England.

The list was published in a special supplement to The Sunday Times on 30 September.

James Frost, managing director of Coast Digital said: “We’re absolutely delighted to receive this recognition. We are absolutely passionate about achieving results for our clients, and I believe our growth reflects this commitment. We’ve also benefited from the significant uplift in online advertising over the past few years and the increasing take-up of broadband.”

2007 has been a landmark year for the company, with highlights including winning a brace of new clients including Office Shoes and La Senza; a company re-brand; and the launch of the all-new Coast Digital website to complement the growth and maturity of the business.

Set up just five years ago, the business has grown rapidly, with 8 new staff recruited in the past year alone. This continued growth has led the Colchester-based business to recently acquire a presence in London.

This is the seventh year of The Sunday Times Tech Track 100, which ranks Britain’s fastest-growing private technology companies. The annual league table ranks private technology companies by growth in sales over a two year period.
