Connectivity
Our internet connectivity is based in Telehouse Europe, the largest and most successful Network Operation Centre (NOC) in Europe.
Telehouse Europe is based in Docklands, London and houses the LINX - London's Internet Exchange. By locating our facility in Telehouse, we have put ourselves at the hub of the UK and European internet system.
Telehouse provides resilient and secure facilities in London, Paris, Geneva, Frankfurt, Hamburg and Munich. Our customers enjoy peace of mind with the knowledge that they are locating their IT systems in the best facility available in Europe.
Our network backbone in Telehouse comprises 2 x 100Meg Independent transit pipes, through 4 cross meshed Cisco 72x routers.
Security
Security is paramount to us. We recognise the value of your IT systems, not only in terms of money but also for your business continuity and maintaining a high level of service to your customers.
Telehouse is manned 24/7 by trained, uniformed security staff to provide a deterrent to unauthorized access.
CCTV, with time-lapse videoing, both internally and externally provides information to a security control centre on possible intrusion. Proximity cards control access within the facility.
Power
Sustainable power supplies are essential to the continuous operation of equipment demanded by customers. Telehouse has a sophisticated power distribution system for resilience.
Multiple mains electricity feeds are supported by a UPS (uninterruptible power supply) system with generator backup. All of our power back-up systems are individually maintained and checked on a routine basis.
Redundant equipment provides spare capacity to enable maintenance and repairs without interruption to customer services.
