Newlon Housing Trust is a very active housing association supplying housing in Inner London. Their website was performing well but was in need of a redesign as their understanding of the changing needs of their residents develops.
The primary objective of this project was to implement a new menu structure that helped the user to understand where in the site they were, with ready links to useful content always available. Making sure the structure and context for all users was paramount for Newlon and considerable time was spent in getting this right.
The new Refresh CMS has been very well received as it simplifies the whole process of site management and Newlon are already maximising use of the facilities it provides.
Newlon have had good feedback about the new site and they are already planning on how to make the most of this new resource for resident’s benefit.
