We’ve always been proud of the way our team works and achieves major success on behalf of our clients. But now, thanks to an Investors in People (IIP) review that was conducted earlier in June, it’s official: “staff come across as confident and knowledgeable, and a credit to Coast Digital.”
Oh, and we were awarded the Investors in People accreditation with flying colours.
IIP was particularly impressed with our shared clarity of vision, our positive and productive working culture, and equally strong commitment to the whole team and to Coast Digital’s business objectives.
There’s a lot to be proud of in the IIP report, but the following extracts give particular recognition to our team’s efforts.

Paul Coffey, Coast Digital’s Production Manager, who led the accreditation process, was delighted with the findings.
