An engagingly fresh website redesign for EWA

Challenge

To redesign and create a new website for EWA, part of one of the world’s largest communications services companies, the WPP Group. EWA create bespoke relationship management and customer contact programmes.

With web becoming an important channel for attracting new business, the website needed to clearly capture and communicate EWA’s brand offering and deliver a great online experience.

A key aim was to position EWA as an authority within the communication services sector.

Solution

The redesign focused on usability improvements, together with an update to the look and feel. The design incorporated fresh imagery and updated branding, with the new format enabling restructuring of content.

Case studies are prominently featured throughout; with attractive flash animation on the homepage to highlight specific projects for high profile clients such as Marks & Spencer, adidas, and Nissan.

New users can quickly access information about achievements EWA have delivered; their wealth of experience; and the kind of clients they work with.

More highly relevant content has been added with the creation of a ‘latest news’ module. An RSS feed featuring high quality industry information on customer insight also adds value and encourages user loyalty.

The website allows potential customers to register their interest in a particular service by completing an online form. This method of data capture is very economical and provides an easy-to-use source of interaction.

Results

A very attractive website which highlights EWA’s credentials and offers clear calls-to-action.

The website re-design has enabled clearer communication and has driven down the costs of handling customer enquiries. Data capture via the site has increased sales leads, with engaging branding and quality information resulting in quantifiably higher value leads.
